OBINNA EKWONWA – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Obinna is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Weco Systems International Ltd. with the direct responsibility of providing Business leadership for the Operations, Competitiveness, Innovation, Compliances, Expansion and Strategic Growth of the Company while reporting and partnering with the Board of Directors.
Mr. Ekwonwa is a 1993 graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He also has Master’s degree in Business Administration- International Business Management from Lagos State University. Trained in Pan Atlantic University – Lagos (Lagos Business School) in Advanced Management Programme class 18. He is a member of the institution of Engineering and Technology -UK, achieved various technical certifications up to Cisco CCIE written before full focus on the business with over 10 years strong business management and client engagement experience. Obinna has attended several business and technical courses both locally and abroad spanning the Pan Atlantic University – Lagos, Nigeria; International Development Institute, Washington DC -USA, and others in India, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. He is also a certified.
Mr. Ekwonwa an ICT professional with strong background on business strategy, business development, project management and client engagement has acquired vast experience and knowledge from working with WECO systems for over 18 years now!
Mr Ekwonwa has also been an Executive Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Weco systems since 2008.
He is also a member of Institute of Directors, Nigeria, a member of the Computer Professionals of Nigeria, and registered with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria in furtherance of IFRS practices.
Before his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Weco Systems International, Obinna was Chief Operating Officer of Weco Systems International and prior to this had worked in various other capacities and positions ranging from Executive Director Technology & Services, Business Unit Director, Business Unit Manager, Product Manager, Project Engineer, Systems Engineer and Trainee engineer spanning 18 years in the company. Much earlier in his career, He also had a 2 years stint in Aptics Ltd. A fire, safety and security technologies company where he worked as a systems engineer.

NNAMDI ONYEBUCHI – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS
Nnamdi is an Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Weco Systems International Limited (WSIL). Before the appointment as the COO, he was the Divisional Head, Infrastructure Solution in the same company. He joined the Weco family in 2001 as a systems engineer and has grown through the ranks to the current position. He is a seasoned Business Solutions Consultant with a unique mix of technical and business consulting experience spanning over 15 years and cutting across many sectors of the economy. Highly experienced in Selling, Planning, Designing, Implementing, Operating and Optimizing state of the art Information & Communications Technology solutions for both corporate and private establishments. He has lead cross-functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds, adept in consensus building, crisis management, problem-solving and negotiating. He has extensive experience in requirements gathering, functional and technical design documentation, data analysis, migration, architecture, project management and administration.
He holds a B.Eng. degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and Executive MBA (Marketing) from the University of Lagos (Unilag) Akoka, Lagos. Over the period of his career, He has attended several technical, leadership and business courses both local and international and have also written and achieved several Industry based Certifications. He is a Certified Transformative Architecture Specialist (TAS), Certified Business Value Specialist (BVS) and Certified Business Value Practitioner (BVP) and also a member of Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) UK and Project Management Institute (PMI) USA.
He enjoys guiding organizations in their quest to use technology to drive their business strategy by helping them evolve an architecture that would not only support their business but also enable them transform their operations in ways that enhance their employee productivity and ultimately boost their overall business performance.
CHINEDU B. ANUKWU – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FINANCE AND SHARED SERVICES
Chinedu is the CFO of Weco Systems with the direct responsibility of overseeing the shared services division of the company which includes Finance department, HR and Facilities departments. In this regards he ensures that the company meets its financial reporting obligations including managing relationship with the Company’s Directors, Regulators and shareholders. He also ensures compliance with the company’s policy to promote growth and expansion.
He has over 22 years’ experience in accounting, internal audit and financial auditing. He had previously worked with the professional service firm of Akintola Williams Deloitte where he rose to the position of a senior manager and had managed an impressive portfolio of multinational companies and PLCs.
While at Deloitte he was seconded briefly to Pioneer Food Cannery Tema, Ghana to serve as the Financial Controller, on behalf of Deloitte and Touche LLP Pittsburgh, with the responsibility to assisting the company to remediate the internal controls gaps in compliance SOX requirements. An assignment he completed in record time.
Thereafter he was again seconded to Deloitte & Touche LLP San Francisco practice as part of the GDP program. He worked as team senior/member in various financial audit engagements especially for not- for- profit organisations and real estate companies.
Chinedu has an MBA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
